All filings made through the electronic filing portal shall be deemed as filed once an
email has been returned to the individual submitting the filing advising them that
their filing has been accepted. All filings submitted through the electronic filing portal
shall at a minimum be in Microsoft Word® for text documents or Excel® for spread
sheets format. If a portion of the electronic filing is not available in Microsoft Word®
format for text documents or Excel® for spread sheets such as exhibits or
attachments from other sources then that portion of the filing may be submitted in
PDF format. When utilizing the electronic filing portal to submit a filing no paper
copies are required to be submitted except by order of the Commission or at the
request of Commission staff. If paper copies are ordered or requested the number
of paper copies required will be identified in the Commission order or
communicated by the staff member requesting the paper copies.
For those filings made through mail, courier or in person an original paper copy and
electronic copy shall be required. The electronic copy shall at a minimum be in
Microsoft Word® for text documents or Excel® for spread sheets format and shall
be submitted on a USB Flash Drive. The electronic version of the filing shall be a
complete and duplicative copy of the paper version submitted. No additional paper
copies are required unless ordered by the Commission or requested by staff. If
paper copies are ordered or requested the number of paper copies required will be
identified in the Commission order or communicated by the staff member
requesting the paper copies.
