Official Filing Schedule

The number of copies (if any) required to be filed shall be determined by the type of filing set forth hereinafter. Unless otherwise specified herein, a party also shall file a 3 ½ diskette containing an electronic version of its filing in Microsoft Word® for text documents or Excel® for spread sheets, or in the case of a large document, a CD ROM and/or disk.

• Original and fifteen (15) copies of any complaint, petition, application, rule nisi, pleading, pre-filed testimony, motion, brief, proposed order and any other document not otherwise addressed in this Filing Schedule;                                          
• Original and two (2) copies of any application pertaining to authority to Resell; provide Alternative Operator Service (AOS), ITS and Acquisition; and enter into a Transfer of Stock Agreement and/or Merger of Same [Note: An electronic filing is NOT necessary];                                                                                                                                       
• Original and five (5) copies of any application for financing authority from an Incumbernt Local Exchange Company;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
• Original and one (1) copy of any application pertaining to authority to use Telephone Service Observing Equipment (TSOE)[Note: Electronic filing is NOT necessary];                                                                                                              
• Original of any application pertaining to authority to operate as a Payphone Service Provider [Note: An electronic filing is NOT necessary];                                                                                                                                                               
• Original of any application pertaining to authority to Transfer Electric Service [Note: An electronic filing is NOT necessary];                                                                                                                                                                          
• Original of any application pertaining to authority to effect an Electric Membership Corporation (EMC) Loan [Note: An electronic filing is NOT necessary];                                                                                                                                      
• Original and two (2) copies of any application pertaining to authority to use an Automatic Dialing and Announcing Device (ADAD) [Note: An electronic filing is NOT necessary];                                                                                      
• Original and five (5) copies of any application to provide Competing Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) service;                                                            
• Original and two (2) copies of any Negotiated Agreement with BellSouth Telecommunications or ALLTEL Communications Services Corporation;                                                                                                                             
• Original and five (5) copies of any application or order pertaining to authority for the Construction and Operation of a Telephone Line, Plant or System [Note: An electronic filing is NOT necessary];                                                                
• Original and five (5) copies for any Telephone or Natural Gas Tariff;                                                                                                                           
• Original and one (1) copy for any Electric Tariff;                                                                                                           

• Original and five (5) copies of Data Requests and Data Responses [Note: An electronic filing is NOT necessary unless it is otherwise specifically requested by or on behalf of the Commission or its staff];

• Original and two (2) copies (1 trade secret copy and one public disclosure copy) of Investor-Owned Electric Utilities' Monthly Generating Plant Outage Reports; and  

• Original and five (5) copies of  the following reports prepared by investor-owned electric utilities: Fuel Cost Recovery Reports, Average Cost of Coal Reports, Economic Development Incentive Plans, Economic Progress Reports, Co-Generator/SPP Connection Reports, Non/Utility Generator Reports, Job Creation Rider Monthly Reports, Load Duration Curve Reports, Net Sales Reports, FERC Form 1 Filings, FERC Form 432 Filings, Surveillance Reports, and Summary of Audit Committee Reports. [Note: An electronic filing is NOT necessary].
