Liberty will construct an above ground meter station within a private easement acquired by Liberty Utilities adjacent to the custody transfer point where Liberty's system receives gas from Hogansville's municipal gas system. Construction also includes tapping into the Hogansville system and replacing a faulty fitting at the custody transfer point per an agreement with the Hogansville gas system operator.
