updates to its 2025 -2026 Gas Supply Plan in the above-referenced docket. Enclosed for filing with this letter is an Updated Petition and the Updated Pre-Filed Direct Testimony of Martin DeBruin. The purpose of these updates is to remove references in the Petition and Testimony to a tariff filing that was never filed and for which the Company is no longer seeking approval at this time; the Company may or may not choose to make the same or a different tariff filing at a later date in an appropriate docket. In submitting this Updated Petition and Testimony, the only changes were to remove the references to the unfiled tariff; there are no changes to any of the exhibits or supporting documents as originally filed on July 1, 2025, or as revised, as applicable, by the July 17, 2025, filing.
