Commissioner Pridemore Statement on Her Vote on the 19th Vogtle Construction Monitoring Report

Commissioner Tricia Pridemore issued this statement today following her dissenting vote on the stipulation to resolve the 19th Vogtle Construction Monitoring (VCM) Report. Because the nature of a Stipulation requires Commissioners to adopt ALL sections in their entirety – without deletion or change, I am a NO vote on Docket #29849 – per the agreed upon Stipulation by Georgia Power Company and the Public Service Commission Public Interest Advisory Staff.

Commission Sets Hearing and Filing Schedule for Georgia Power Company Integrated Resource Plan and for the Atlanta Gas Light Company Rate Case

Setting the first hearing and decision schedules for a busy 2019, the Georgia Public Service Commission today approved the hearing, filing and decision schedule for the Georgia Power 2019 Integrated Resource Plan(IRP) in Dockets 42310 and 42311 and the expected Atlanta Gas Light Company base rate in Docket 42315. All hearings will begin at 9 a.m. in the Commission hearing room, Room 100, 244 Washington Street, S.W. Atlanta, Georgia 30334.
